Eurojet Key Account Manager
Eurojet is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Key Account Manager to join our international team. This is a UK-based position in the Greater London area, with responsibility for developing and maintaining relationships with both existing and prospective customers across the UK and selected international markets.
The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening our customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities and supporting the continued growth of Eurojet’s services and international presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Develop and deliver detailed long-term account strategies for key customers
- Respond to sales enquiries from both new and existing customers
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the customer portfolio
- Achieve agreed annual sales goals and targets
- Maintain the Company’s CRM/contact database with accurate and up-to-date customer, contact and activity information
- Prepare regular monthly sales reports and updates
- Identify opportunities for the development and enhancement of the Company’s service portfolio based on customer needs and market feedback
- Prepare and deliver presentations of Eurojet’s services during customer meetings, conferences and industry events
- Represent the Company at trade exhibitions, conferences and other relevant industry events
- Visit customers and partners in the UK and internationally as required
- Work closely with internal operational and commercial teams to ensure a high level of customer service and customer satisfaction

What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in Key Account Management, Sales or Business Development, ideally within aviation, travel, logistics or another international B2B environment
- Strong commercial awareness and a customer-focused approach
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to build trusted, long-term relationships with customers and business partners
- Proactive and results-oriented approach with the ability to work independently
- Strong organisational and reporting skills
- Excellent command of English
- Based in, or able to work within, the Greater London region
- Willingness and flexibility to travel within the UK and internationally to meet customers, attend industry events and support business development activities
