Job Description

The Key Account Manager is responsible for the retention, growth and strategic development of a portfolio of Informed customers. Acting as a trusted partner to some of the world's leading sports nutrition brands, you'll help customers maximise the value of their certification programmes while finding opportunities to strengthen partnerships and support long-term business growth.

You will take ownership of the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding and relationship management through to account planning, renewals and growth initiatives. Working closely with internal technical, operational and commercial teams, you'll ensure customers receive an exceptional experience while helping them achieve their objectives.

This is a highly collaborative and commercially focused role where you'll build strong relationships with key decision-makers, understand customer challenges and opportunities, and deliver solutions that create value for both our customers and Informed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring high levels of engagement, retention and satisfaction.
  • Build trusted relationships with commercial, technical and operational stakeholders across customer organisations.
  • Lead customer onboarding activities and support customers throughout their certification journey.
  • Develop strategic account plans to identify opportunities for growth and programme expansion.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes and resolve customer queries.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and business discussions to understand customer priorities and future needs.
  • Identify and convert new commercial opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and activity within CRM systems.
  • Represent Informed professionally at customer meetings, industry events and exhibitions where required.

Qualifications

  • Proven account management experience.
  • Experience with the sales process, from discovery to close.
  • Experience developing value propositions and delivering solutions.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and tenacity.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Preferred: multilingual, with preference to French, German, or Spanish.

  • Experience within sports nutrition, dietary supplements, food, consumer health, testing, certification, quality assurance or other regulated industries.
  • An interest in sport, health, wellness or performance nutrition.
