Key Account Manager - On-Trade Sales Team
We're hiring a Key Account Manager to join our On-Trade Sales Team! This is an exciting opportunity to manage and grow our partnership with Jascots, one of our key route-to-market customers in the premium on-trade channel. You'll be responsible for driving sustainable sales growth, increasing distribution and profitability, and ensuring our portfolio of brands is positioned for long-term success.
In this role, you'll build strong commercial relationships with key stakeholders, develop and execute customer plans, and play a key role in delivering our on-trade sales objectives.
What you'll be doing:
- Manage and develop the commercial relationship with Jascots, acting as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders
- Build trusted, collaborative partnerships that support long-term customer growth and mutual business success
- Create and implement customer and route-to-market strategies across our portfolio of brands
- Identify opportunities to increase distribution, visibility, sales performance and profitability across the customer estate
- Lead customer business planning, setting clear objectives, priorities and action plans
- Prepare, negotiate and present commercial proposals that deliver value for both the customer and the business
- Manage customer contracts, trading agreements, pricing structures and commercial terms
- Deliver agreed sales volume, revenue and margin targets across the account
- Forecast sales, monitor account performance and maintain awareness of market trends and commercial risks
- Analyse sales data and customer performance to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Work closely with Business Development Managers, Marketing and Supply Chain teams to ensure excellent execution of account plans
- Represent the business professionally at customer meetings, trade visits and industry events
- Champion our company values in all interactions, fostering a positive and inclusive culture

What we're looking for:
- Experience managing customer relationships or commercial accounts within an FMCG or business-to-business environment
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and engage a variety of stakeholders
- Commercially aware, with the ability to balance customer needs and business objectives
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Confident analysing sales data and using insights to drive commercial decisions
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver against objectives
- Collaborative, proactive and results-driven approach
- Willingness to travel within the UK and occasionally internationally when required
- Interest in wine and the premium drinks industry
