Key Account Manager | Hybrid | £37,500 + Car Allowance and Commission | Hospitality

Are you a commercially driven Account Manager who thrives on building relationships, uncovering growth opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer experiences?

We're partnering with a market-leading, high-growth organisation that is investing heavily in its commercial team and looking to appoint an ambitious Key Account Manager.

The Opportunity

As a Key Account Manager, you'll take responsibility for a portfolio of strategically important clients, building trusted relationships with key decision-makers and identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth.

This is a highly visible role where you'll act as the primary point of contact for your customers, working collaboratively across the business to ensure an outstanding client experience while consistently delivering against commercial objectives.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing and developing a portfolio of key customer accounts
  • Building strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Identifying new commercial opportunities within existing accounts
  • Generating and converting new business opportunities
  • Leading contract negotiations and renewals
  • Developing accurate sales forecasts and maintaining a healthy pipeline
  • Monitoring market trends and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Working closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
  • Spending significant time meeting customers face-to-face and strengthening relationships in the field

What We're Looking For

We're keen to speak with ambitious account management professionals who can demonstrate:

  • Proven success in a Key Account Management, Account Management or Business Development role
  • Experience working with customers in the Hospitality and Leisure sector.
  • A strong track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding targets
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Confidence engaging with senior decision-makers and board-level contacts
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation ability
  • The ability to analyse data and make commercially sound recommendations
  • A proactive, self-motivated and results-focused mindset
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
