Scope

As Senior Key Account Manager, you play a critical role in scaling EVS’s commercial success across Northern Europe. Reporting to the VP Sales Northern Europe, you are responsible for developing strategic customer relationships, uncovering new opportunities, and driving revenue growth across EVS’s expanding portfolio.

This role is designed for a sales orchestrator, someone who leads with customer insight, aligns internal expertise, and ensures the right people are engaged at the right time to win complex deals.


Job Description

  • Execute regional sales and account strategies to exceed revenue targets
  • Develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders across customer organizations
  • Identify customer challenges and growth opportunities early in the sales cycle
  • Position EVS solutions from a business and workflow perspective
  • Lead opportunity qualification, value positioning, and commercial negotiation
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects and technical teams for detailed solution design
  • Balance growth of existing accounts with proactive new business development
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting
  • Act as EVS’s commercial ambassador at industry events and customer forums

Profile

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience selling complex solutions in Broadcast & Media or similar environments
  • Strong experience managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Commercial & Technical Balance
    • Good understanding of broadcast technology and production workflows
    • Ability to engage in meaningful technical discussions without being the technical owner
    • Strong judgment on when to involve technical experts
