About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to act as the primary commercial contact for key customer accounts, taking ownership of profitability, commercial negotiations, and customer relationships.

Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts with full P&L responsibility.
- Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions.
- Drive program profitability from award through SOP.
- Manage engineering change quotations and negotiations.
- Resolve commercial issues and support business growth initiatives.
- Maintain internal reporting and present commercial status updates.
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Automotive industry experience.
Required Skills
- Proven account management and commercial negotiation skills.
- Strong Excel skills, including macros.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional, confident, and results-oriented approach.
