The Role
We’re looking for a Key Account Manager who’s excited to bring their skills and ideas to the table. In this role, you’ll retain and deliver profitable growth within the account ledger and channel, while ensuring Damm brands are represented correctly within the off-trade channel.

Account Planning
- KAMs are responsible for development and implementation of a robust annual account plan that reflects ambition and growth of Damm brands.
- Account plans must reflect the correct positioning for Damm brands and generate the required support from other key functions within the UK and wider business.
- These plans must make maximum use of the tools available from key business functions such Category Management, Brand and Trade marketing.
Forecasting & Budget Management
- A core part of the role is to ensure the Damm Supply Chain and Finance teams are provided with an accurate forecast based on the most accurate information monthly.
- KAMs will be expected to manage their own P&L to ensure they operate within their allocated budget with clear support from their manager.
Relationship Management
- Must be able to develop and maintain relationships with customers at all levels.
- KAMs are expected to be able to identify the key stakeholders within their customer's businesses and utilise the tools available to deliver the key elements of the account plan to deliver results.
- Strong selling and negotiation skills are an essential part of the role, and KAMs will be expected to take the lead in developing and delivering new business or retention tender processes.

Geographical Presence
- Customers are located across the country inclusive of Scotland and NI.
- Successful candidate must be willing to travel.
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- 3 years of sales experience as part of an FMCG role.
- A proven track record of delivering sales performance and targets.
- Motivated, proactive, results driven with a strong can-do attitude.
- Adaptable and resilient with willingness to travel regularly.
- An excellent communicator who can build and maintain strong relationships with both internal stakeholders & external customers.
Desirable
- Previous experience in the UK Off Trade
- Experience within the drinks industry, preferably beer.
