Company Description

Following a period of growth, we have an exciting opportunity for the right individual to join us as a Key Account Manager, Luxury Sales. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong partnerships with luxury partners, including hotels, travel agencies, and intermediaries representing high net-wealth and prestigious clients, with a particular focus on concierges at leading hotels, initially in London and progressing to other UK cities.

We are looking for a confident and natural networker who is comfortable opening doors and building relationships from scratch. Presentation skills are central to this role: you will be pitching to partners regularly, from informal conversations at a concierge desk through to formal presentations at senior level, and you will need to be credible and compelling in both.

Equally important is a consultative approach to selling. You will take the time to understand how a partner's business actually works, ask the right questions, and translate what you learn into a commercial proposal that genuinely fits. That means being comfortable in the detail and building solutions that hold up over time rather than closing for the sake of it.

You will also be commercially focused, experienced in hunting new prospects, able to connect with people at all levels, quick to adapt to different audiences and environments, and confident holding your own in rooms where you may be the only person representing SIXT.

Your Role at SIXT

  • You build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with concierges, travel decision makers at high-end hotels, agencies, and intermediaries representing prestigious clients across the UK.
  • You identify and secure new business through concierge referrals and luxury intermediaries, developing lasting revenue streams and growing SIXT's presence in the luxury market.
  • You create customized sales approaches including proposals, negotiations, and contract agreements, tailored to what each partner and their clients actually need.
  • You train and present our offering to partners at every level, from front-line agents and concierges through to business owners and C-suite decision makers, adapting your delivery to the audience in the room.
  • You win internal buy-in across all levels of the business, from branch teams to senior stakeholders, to design and implement strategies that ensure consistently high service levels for our partners and their clients.
  • You represent SIXT at luxury industry events and networking opportunities, building brand visibility and influence.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
