Position: Neurology Key Account Manager
Location: UK

Role Overview:
Inizio Engage are delighted to be recruiting for a Neurology KAM on behalf of our client. We are seeking dynamic and experienced Key Account Managers to drive the launch of our client's exciting new migraine product in the UK. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of a critical business unit within our client's portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, payors, and key opinion leaders
- Development and mobilisation of key opinion leaders to accelerate product access and uptake
- Identify and maximise opportunities with "early adopters" of the new product, particularly in the private healthcare sector
- Conduct impactful customer interactions, both remotely and in-field in accordance with customer preference, with tailored messages based on customer drivers, which result in behaviour change and positive outcomes for the business
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to inform promotional campaigns and educational initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:
- An experienced key account manager, with existing relationships with neurologists, Lead GPs, Migraine or Pain specialists on at least some of your region
- Evidence of previous formulary and guideline success, ideally with a launch product especially in devices.
- In-depth knowledge of the NHS and good understanding of the private healthcare market
- ABPI qualified
