Vonage Communications APIs

As an emerging leader in the $10B+ communications API market, we empower global brands to connect better with their customers, employees, and partners through transformative communications experiences. Vonage API solutions empower organisations to build their custom omnichannel communications structure, allowing them to reach and engage customers on their preferred schedule and channel, including voice, video, and messaging.

Think of a rideshare service instantly connecting with customers, hospital staff conducting remote monitoring, customers verifying their identity before completing a purchase, AI virtual agents servicing customers around the clock, and much more.

Why this role matters

As a Key Account Manager for Network Powered Solutions, you'll grow existing relationships and build new ones with large enterprises across high-priority verticals including digital finance, neobanking, rideshare, gaming, eCommerce, and online platforms. You will be at the forefront of one of the most exciting go-to-market opportunities in the industry: selling Vonage's Network Powered Solutions (NwPS), a next-generation portfolio that exposes real-time 4G/5G carrier network capabilities directly to enterprise customers, backed by Ericsson's global infrastructure.

Vonage, as part of Ericsson, is uniquely positioned to deliver programmable network intelligence that standalone API platforms fundamentally cannot replicate. We are looking for sales leaders who understand this differentiation, love working with innovators, and want to help shape a new market.

If this sounds like you, continue reading below...

Your key responsibilities

  • Develop and drive sales strategies focused on the Vonage Network Powered Solutions portfolio, including Verify with Silent Authentication, Identity Insights (SIM Swap, KYC/Subscriber Match), Fraud Defender, Quality on Demand (QoD), and emerging connectivity and network intelligence APIs
  • Analyse the assigned account base to identify NwPS expansion opportunities, with a focus on fraud prevention, user authentication, and differentiated connectivity use cases
  • Create and present sales and revenue forecasts based on account base analysis, contributing to the NwPS revenue target
  • Develop and execute business development plans to drive revenue growth across priority verticals: digital finance, mobility, gaming, social/entertainment, and eCommerce
  • Collaborate across the sales and network API SME organisations to ensure timely and accurate solution design, quote provision, and order processing
  • Work closely with Solutions Architects and PreSales Consultants to design tailored NwPS solutions, including Network Registry onboarding, Silent Authentication rollouts, and Identity Insights integrations, for enterprise prospects
  • Support implementation through ongoing customer contact, ensuring a smooth transition to Customer Success post-deployment

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
