ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- BSc in Life Sciences, Biology, Medicine, or Pharmaceutics
- 3–5+ years’ experience in oncology / clinical diagnostics sales
- Proven track record in diagnostics and laboratory test commercialisation
- Strong network of oncology healthcare professionals
- Deep understanding of precision medicine, biomarkers, and cancer pathways
- Experience engaging clinicians, payers, and hospital stakeholders
- Strong sales forecasting, reporting, and CRM proficiency
- Fluent in English
About the Role
Our client is a rapidly growing organisation operating at the forefront of digital diagnostics, delivering advanced molecular and genomic testing solutions across the healthcare sector.
They are building a specialist commercial team of Key Account Managers to drive adoption of their innovative diagnostic portfolio. This role will act as the primary interface between the business and key healthcare stakeholders, supporting both commercial growth and clinical integration of cutting-edge diagnostic technologies.
What You Will Do
- Drive sales of clinical diagnostic solutions across your assigned territory
- Build and manage strategic relationships with oncology clinicians and healthcare stakeholders
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across public and private healthcare organisations
- Deliver product training and education within clinical environments
- Support implementation and appropriate use of diagnostic solutions in practice
- Develop and execute a territory business plan aligned to revenue targets
- Engage with patient groups, charities, and market access stakeholders
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust commercial strategy accordingly
- Track, report, and deliver against sales objectives
- Ensure a seamless customer experience across ordering, delivery, and billing processes

What We Are Looking For
- Proven consultative sales experience within healthcare or diagnostics
- Established network within oncology (essential)
- Strong understanding of molecular diagnostics and personalised medicine
- Ability to influence and secure buy-in from clinicians and decision-makers
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot advantageous)
