Key Account Manager – Oral Health Care (OHC)
Location: Dakar, Senegal
Territory: Senegal
Travel: Approximately 40-50%

About the Opportunity
A leading Consumer Health Company is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Key Account Manager to join its Oral Health Care business. This role offers the opportunity to drive growth across key region markets through effective distributor management, strategic customer partnerships, and execution excellence. The successful candidate will play a critical role in delivering sales growth, expanding market share, and strengthening customer relationships across Senegal.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive achievement of sales, profit, and market share objectives across the assigned territory.
- Develop and manage relationships with key distributors and strategic customers.
- Lead Joint Business Planning processes and customer negotiations.
- Execute promotional activities and support successful product launches.
- Drive distribution expansion and excellence in in-store execution.
- Manage demand forecasting, inventory planning, and distributor performance.
- Optimise pricing strategies, trade investments, and promotional effectiveness.
- Monitor market dynamics, competitive activity, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and other internal stakeholders to deliver business objectives.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of sales experience within FMCG, Consumer Healthcare, or a related industry.
- Strong experience in Key Account Management and Distributor Management.
- Proven experience working within West African markets.
- Pharmacy channel experience would be advantageous.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering commercial growth and business results.
