Permanent

£35,000 - £45,000 + Bonus + Company Car

Are you an experienced Account Manager who enjoys building genuine client relationships, spotting opportunities for growth and having the autonomy to manage your own portfolio?

We're working with a well-established, international business that supplies products and services to some of the UK's leading organisations across sectors including logistics, aviation and construction. Due to continued growth and internal progression, they're looking to appoint a Key Account Manager to take ownership of an established customer base worth around £4.5 million in annual revenue.

This is a relationship-led role focused on developing existing accounts, strengthening customer partnerships and identifying additional opportunities to increase spend and profitability.

The Role

You'll inherit a portfolio of established customers and become their trusted point of contact, ensuring exceptional service whilst driving commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Managing and developing a portfolio of existing key accounts
  • Building strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Identifying opportunities to grow revenue and increase account spend
  • Conducting regular customer meetings, both face-to-face and virtually
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Supporting the onboarding and implementation of new customer contracts
  • Maintaining accurate account plans, activity records and forecasts
  • Resolving customer issues proactively and professionally

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience within Account Management, Customer Success or Relationship Management
  • A natural relationship builder who enjoys spending time with customers
  • Commercially minded with the confidence to challenge and influence when needed
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own diary
  • Driven, ambitious and motivated to develop a long-term career
  • Full UK driving licence
