Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Key Account Manager at Javelinas Group. The Key Account Manager will oversee strategic relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term partnership growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing account portfolios, coordinating project timelines, and communicating regularly with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. The role involves collaborating with design, production, and quality teams to align product specifications, pricing, and delivery with client expectations.

Qualifications
- Strong account management capabilities, including experience handling key accounts and building long-term client relationships within the premiums industry with import and manufacturing experience.
- Solid analytical skills to interpret data, track performance, and support informed business planning and decision-making.
- Demonstrated customer service skills, with the ability to manage expectations, resolve issues, and communicate clearly and professionally.
- Experience in business planning, including forecasting, budgeting, and identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Relevant experience in premiums, promotional products, manufacturing, is non-negotiable.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, manage time independently, and collaborate with global, cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
