Role Description
The Key Account Manager is a full-time role based in the UK, operating in a hybrid working model that combines on-site collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. The role is responsible for managing and developing relationships with key accounts, acting as the primary contact for strategic customers, and ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction.

Day-to-day activities include:
- Analyzing account performance
- Identifying growth opportunities
- Preparing business plans
- Coordinating logistics solutions with internal teams
The Key Account Manager will monitor service levels, address customer issues, and negotiate commercial terms in line with company policies. This position works closely with operations, finance, and commercial teams to deliver tailored solutions that support both customer needs and GEODIS’s business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Account Management and Key Accounts skills to build, maintain, and grow strategic customer relationships.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess performance, and support informed business decisions.
- Customer Service capabilities to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
- Business Planning experience to create account development plans, forecast volumes, and support revenue growth.
- Relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation services, preferably in a key account or commercial role.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborating in person in Leeds and remotely as needed.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
