Key Account Manager – Germany | Medical Aesthetics / Injectables

Location: UK (Field-Based) - Can be based anywhere in UK (territory will be tailored around successful candidate)

Are you an experienced Key Account Manager with a successful track record in medical aesthetics and injectables?

We're partnering with a leading international medical aesthetics organisation to recruit a commercially driven Key Account Manager to join its growing commercial team.

This is an exciting opportunity to represent an innovative portfolio of premium aesthetic products while developing long-term partnerships with clinics, healthcare professionals, and key opinion leaders across your territory.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Drive sales growth and achieve quarterly and annual commercial targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for key customers.
  • Build strong relationships with clinic owners, clinicians, procurement teams, and other decision-makers.
  • Identify new business opportunities while growing existing accounts.
  • Deliver a consultative sales approach focused on long-term customer success.
  • Support customers with business development initiatives, including marketing activities, patient acquisition, and practice growth.
  • Deliver product training and educational sessions to healthcare professionals.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years' experience as a Key Account Manager within Medical Aesthetics / Injectables
  • Minimum 2 years' B2B field sales experience with a proven history of delivering sales growth
  • Strong strategic account management and business development experience
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-motivated, commercially driven, and comfortable managing a field-based territory independently
