About the Role
We’ve joined forces with a well-established name in the Hire game who need an Account Manager that specialises in building relationships with Powered Access big spenders.
If you’re an Account Manager, or an experienced Hire Controller who wants progression and a company that backs them, this one could be for you.
Responsibilities
You'll be managing and growing a portfolio that's heavily weighted towards Powered Access (around 85%) with some crossover into other channels too.
The job is about building relationships that last, spotting upsell opportunities, keeping orders moving and sorting out the odd dispute along the way.

Compensation
Fantastic package on offer with a basic of £40 to £45K, with an additional £10-12k annually in commission and bonuses if targets are met.
On top of the package, there’s team socials, a healthcare plan and 22 days holidays a year (plus your birthday), which increases a day each year after the first 2.
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm, office based in Wakefield.
