UK Field Based | Specialist Care | New Product Launch

Are you looking for a genuine launch opportunity where you can help shape strategy, build market presence and make a measurable impact from day one?

We're partnering with an innovative, growth-focused biopharmaceutical company preparing for the launch of a specialist medicine within a high-value disease area. As part of a newly formed UK team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving market access, customer engagement and adoption across key healthcare stakeholders.

This is a rare opportunity to join a lean, entrepreneurial organisation where individual contribution is highly visible and success is built through collaboration, accountability and execution.

The Opportunity

As a Key Account & Access Manager, you'll operate across both commercial and access environments, partnering with healthcare professionals, provider organisations, Integrated Care Boards and wider NHS stakeholders to support appropriate patient access and adoption.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
