Role Description

The Key Account Manager Retail is a full-time, on-site role based in Banbury, responsible for managing and growing relationships with key retail partners.

The role involves coordinating with internal teams on pricing, promotions, merchandising, and inventory to ensure smooth execution in retail channels. The Key Account Manager will:

  • Maintain regular contact with retail customers
  • Address service and operational issues
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

This position also requires monitoring market trends and competitor activity to inform commercial strategies and support long-term business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong account management and relationship-building skills, with experience handling key retail customers.
  • Business planning and sales skills, including forecasting, reporting, and developing strategic account plans.
  • Customer service and communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations and resolve issues effectively.
  • Proven track record in retail or consumer electronics sales, preferably with national or regional accounts.
  • Ability to analyze data, interpret market trends, and translate insights into commercial actions.
  • Comfort working on-site in Banbury and collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and finance teams.
  • Organizational and negotiation skills, with attention to detail and a focus on achieving targets.
  • Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in sales, business, or a related field.
