Key Account Manager – Primary & Secondary Care
Location: West Midlands/Bristol, M5 corridor
We are partnering with a leading healthcare organisation to recruit a Key Account Manager to support the growth of a first-in-class, non-hormonal therapy within women’s health. This is a high-impact field-based role, with an 80% Primary Care / 20% Secondary Care focus, engaging customers across both community and hospital settings.
Role Overview
- Manage and grow a defined territory
- Drive adoption through Primary Care (GPs, practice nurses, PCNs) while developing influence in Secondary Care (consultants, specialist nurses, hospital pharmacists)
- Identify, shape and convert local treatment pathways in line with national and regional guidance
- Deliver high-quality, compliant product education tailored to customer needs
- Work collaboratively with secondary care stakeholders to support appropriate patient identification and pathway development
- Develop and execute robust territory business plans aligned to national strategy

Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a pharmaceutical sales representative in Primary Care, with exposure to Secondary Care preferred
- Strong understanding of the NHS structure, including PCNs, ICSs and referral pathways
- Track record of launching or growing therapy adoption
- Highly effective at relationship building, influencing and objection handling
- Analytical, organised and outcome-driven
- Comfortable managing a large, geographically spread territory
- Full UK driving licence
