Role Overview
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for sales performance and profitability across designated accounts. You will manage day-to-day customer relationships, coordinate internal teams, and turn agreed account priorities into action. You will work with senior sales leaders on longer-term strategy and selected senior stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Own sales performance and profitability for assigned accounts, tracking results, and taking action to address risks and opportunities.
- Coordinate internal resources across marketing, GTM, retail, commercial, and supply chain teams to deliver agreed sales targets and account priorities.
- Identify and develop opportunities to grow accounts and deepen customer partnerships, working with senior colleagues on significant strategic opportunities.
- Build effective relationships with customer stakeholders and support engagement with senior decision-makers, drawing on senior leadership where appropriate.
- Build quarterly promotional plans and drive quarterly negotiation.
- Contribute to account plans and translate agreed strategy into clear actions, owners, and timelines.
- Maintain a hands-on, results-oriented approach, resolving issues quickly and keeping delivery on track.

Requirements
Experience: Solid experience in sales and account management, preferably within mobile or related tech industries.
Mindset: Commercial, practical, and results-driven, with the determination to overcome obstacles and deliver agreed outcomes.
