About Yepoda

Clean K-Beauty Innovation. No compromises.

Yepoda is a clean K-Beauty brand that actually proves it works. We make Korean skincare without any of the compromises. Everything is clinically tested, 100% vegan, and formulated above EU standards. So you get the innovation and the results that K-Beauty is known for, plus a real commitment to sustainability. And we make it genuinely fun and easy to use — skincare you actually look forward to.

Founded in 2020 by Sander Joonyoung van Bladel and Veronika Strotmann, Yepoda is a certified B Corp™ and 1% for the Planet member, based in the heart of Berlin. Our products are available through our own online shop and, since March 2025, at Sephora Europe — online and in over 650 stores. With a team of 140+ brilliant individuals from around the world, we are actively shaping Yepoda's story every day.

We’re currently looking for a Key Account Manager to own and develop Yepoda’s strategic partnership with Sephora within the EU. This role will be fully dedicated to Sephora and will play a key part in driving our retail growth, brand visibility, and commercial performance across this channel.

Your Tasks

  • Own the day to day of Yepoda's relationship with Sephora EU across commercial, category, and operational topics
  • Live in the sell out data. Track performance at market and door level, diagnose issues quickly, and build action plans that move the numbers
  • Support and execute commercial discussions across assortment, launch plans, promotional calendars, and growth opportunities
  • Build strong working relationships with Sephora buying, category, and retail teams across markets
  • Ensure strong brand presence and execution across all Sephora touchpoints, both in store and online, working closely with in store teams on merchandising and customer experience
  • Manage forecasting and sell through planning to ensure optimal stock levels and operational efficiency
  • Work cross functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product teams to deliver smooth launches and campaigns
  • Proactively identify opportunities and drive them through to completion with clear timelines and follow through
  • Monitor competitor activity and category trends to strengthen Yepoda's positioning
  • Help build the retail operating model from the ground up as we scale, contributing to how we plan, execute, and report

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Strong understanding of Sephora's retail model, promotional calendar, and commercial KPIs
  • Experience from a scaling, challenger, or emerging brand where you have built ways of working from scratch rather than inherited them is a strong plus

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership
