YOUR ROLE
Join our fast-paced Project Logistics team in Chiswick as a Key Account Manager & Special Operations, where no two days are the same. This is an exciting opportunity to manage complex, end-to-end logistics projects, coordinating multimodal transport, heavy lift, breakbulk and out-of-gauge cargo.

You will play a key role in managing key accounts from both a commercial and operational perspective, while also supporting new business development initiatives.
This is a Monday to Friday role.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring a high level of service, customer satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the key point of contact, understand customer needs, identify opportunities for growth and proactively resolve any issues.
- Coordinate day-to-day operational activities, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth, efficient and reliable service delivery.
- Monitor orders, processes and timelines, keeping customer requirements at the heart of everything you do.
- Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and developing existing customer relationships.
- Generate leads, develop tailored proposals, negotiate commercial opportunities and build long-term partnerships that deliver sustainable revenue growth.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Our ideal candidate will demonstrate freight forwarding experience within a multimodal logistics environment, covering air, road and sea, ideally with experience in project logistics, project operations and pricing. You will have a solid understanding of global transport logistics and be confident managing customer interfaces and developing strong customer relationships.

You will need to be an exceptional communicator across all forms of communication, highly organised and able to work effectively as part of a team. You should be comfortable taking the lead where necessary, while also being confident working independently and using your own initiative to deliver effective solutions for customers and the business.
