Salary

£80,000 to £110,000 basic + Car + OTE + benefits

Right to Work

Must be eligible to work in the UK

A rapidly growing UK technology manufacturer is looking to appoint an experienced Key Account Manager to take ownership of several of its most strategically important global customer relationships (around 6 to 8 companies). Most of the accounts are divisions of global US-based multi-billion dollar organisations. So, the divisions will be in the tens of millions.

They need someone with the gravitas and capabilities you’d expect to find in someone used to being in meetings with board-level stakeholders at these companies.

You must have a background in/experience of the industrial electronics industry.

You'll be responsible for managing complex, high-value relationships with divisions of some of the world's largest multinational organisations, acting as a trusted commercial partner and ensuring exceptional customer engagement across multiple specialist technology businesses.

We're looking for someone who naturally operates with credibility and confidence at senior levels. Someone who can lead conversations, challenge constructively where required, communicate with clarity, and build trusted relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders.

This is a newly created strategic position that will play a key role in the company's next phase of growth. The successful candidate will establish the Account Management function, with the opportunity to build and lead a team as the business continues to expand.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
