New Role: Key Account Manager for Scotland

We are now looking to appoint its new Key Account Manager for Scotland.

Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven and client-focused Key Account Manager with a strong track record of managing high-value accounts, building long-term relationships, and delivering strategic solutions that drive customer success and business growth. Skilled at navigating complex sales cycles, coordinating cross-functional teams, and identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to deliver value to clients.
  • Understand client needs and business objectives to offer tailored solutions.
  • Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, contracts, and service agreements.
  • Create and execute account plans to meet revenue and profitability targets.
  • Monitor account performance, customer satisfaction, and market trends.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account value.
  • Provide regular reporting on account activity, pipeline, and forecasts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or key account management
  • Proven success in managing large or complex client portfolios
  • Knowledge of UK spirit is a plus
