We’re Hiring | Key Account Manager – UK & Ireland
We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join a fast-growing global consumer electronics and smart technology company.
This role will manage and develop major retail accounts across the UK & Ireland, supporting a diverse product portfolio covering consumer electronics, 3C products and AIoT solutions, including NAS.
Location: London
Working model: Hybrid – minimum 3 days per week in the office
Market coverage: UK & Ireland
Availability: As soon as possible
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and strengthen relationships with major retail and e-commerce accounts across the UK & Ireland
- Develop new key accounts across retailers, supermarkets and chain stores
- Drive sales growth across the company’s full product portfolio, including 3C, AIoT and NAS products
- Work closely with retailers such as Currys, Argos, John Lewis, Very and Tesco
- Support distributors and channel sales teams with product training, new product launches and brand communication
- Conduct regular store and account visits to improve product listings, in-store displays, promotional execution and brand-zone development
- Negotiate and implement commercial programmes, promotional support and rebate agreements with key accounts
- Monitor account performance and improve sell-in, sell-through and sell-out efficiency
- Collect and analyse sales data, market trends and competitor activities
- Maintain close communication with the China-based team and coordinate internal resources to support UK market growth

What We’re Looking For
- At least 5 years of sales or key account management experience
- Proven experience directly managing major UK retail accounts, ideally including Currys, Argos, John Lewis, Very or Tesco
- Strong consumer electronics industry experience, such as 3C products, smart devices, small domestic appliances, white goods, smartphones, storage products or NAS
- Demonstrated experience in channel relationship management, account development and sales growth
- Strong commercial awareness, analytical ability and execution skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Based in or able to commute to London and available to work from the office at least three days per week
- Available to join as soon as possible
