Requirements

  • Expert knowledge of the Base product or similar SaaS e-commerce platform
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success roles
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent work organization and the ability to work independently
  • Customer-centric mindset with a strong commitment to ensuring client satisfaction
  • Experience in the e-commerce and/or SaaS industry is a significant plus
  • Proficiency in English

Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with Enterprise clients
  • Providing comprehensive customer service for Enterprise accounts, including troubleshooting and technical support related to our product
  • Managing a dedicated client portfolio
  • Proficiency in using various e-commerce systems and tools
