๐Ÿš€ ROUTIN is looking for its next Key Account Manager UK โ€” a strategic sales role at the heart of our international growth journey.

๐ŸŽฏ Reporting to our Area Manager, you will play a key role in accelerating the growth of our premium 1883 brand across the UK on-trade market โ€” one of our priority international development areas. This role is designed for a commercially driven Talent who wants to open doors, build lasting partnerships, and directly contribute to the expansion of a fast-growing company.

๐Ÿ”ง Your Day-to-day Playground

Sales & Business Development

  • Drive UK on-trade sales growth and deliver agreed revenue and KPI targets.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities, expanding the 1883 customer base.
  • Develop account plans to maximise distribution, sales, and profitability.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Deliver monthly reports and manage sales presentations.

Key Account & Customer Development

  • Manage and grow strategic key accounts, building long-term, value-driven partnerships.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and identify opportunities to increase value and sales.
  • Partner with the UK Brand Ambassador to develop and propose drink concepts, menu recommendations, and beverage solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Strengthen 1883โ€™s brand presence and visibility across priority accounts and channels.

Market & Brand Development

  • Work closely with 1883 Area Manager and the local importer to align sales strategy, market development, and execution.
  • Identify market trends and commercial opportunities to strengthen 1883โ€™s position in the UK.
  • Represent 1883 at customer meetings, industry events, and presentations.

๐Ÿ‘ค What We Will Appreciate About You

  • Strong knowledge of the UK on-trade market, key accounts, trends, and consumer behaviour; 8+ yearsโ€™ relevant experience preferred.
  • Proven commercial experience in the coffee and/or hospitality industry.
  • Strong business development, sales, and Key Account Management skills, with a track record of driving revenue, distribution, and brand growth.
  • Results-driven, commercially minded, and KPI-focused, with a proven ability to deliver against targets.
  • Highly organised, proactive, autonomous, and skilled at prioritising and managing time effectively.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the UK.
