About Orbico SportStyle

Orbico SportStyle is a European platform uniting a portfolio of owned and licensed sport & lifestyle brands, including Champion Europe, Game7Athletics, and Dockers Europe, within one integrated ecosystem of brand building, retail, and distribution. Based in Italy and active across Europe, we shape the next chapter of our brands with curiosity, authenticity, and teamwork.

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Key Account Manager to drive our commercial growth and strengthen our Dockers brand presence in the UK market. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, including department stores, general apparel & footwear stores. You will be responsible for managing the entire account lifecycle—from strategic planning and negotiation to go-to-market execution—ensuring long-term partnerships and the achievement of ambitious revenue targets.

Your Impact

  • Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor for key UK clients (key accounts), developing and maintaining strong, long-term professional relationships.
  • Strategic Growth: Identify market opportunities and cross-selling potential to increase brand visibility and market share within the UK territory.
  • Commercial Negotiation: Define and negotiate sales terms, including pricing, volumes, and payment conditions, ensuring alignment with corporate profitability and policies.
  • Financial Accountability: Manage account-specific P&L, prepare accurate sales forecasts, and develop tailored account plans to consistently exceed revenue targets.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective strategies to optimize account performance.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with agents, Product and Marketing, and Customer Service teams to ensure offerings align with UK client needs and market demand, managing the comprehensive order-to-delivery process.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
