Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with key clients, distributors and channel partners in the UK. Develop long-term strategic partnerships and improve customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Understand client requirements, conduct regular business communications and client meetings, and ensure full-cycle follow-up and resolution of client needs and issues.
- Oversee order and contract execution for key accounts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth delivery of projects and orders.
- Gather customer feedback, optimise account management and service processes, and elevate overall service standards.
- Maximize business value from existing accounts. Identify incremental opportunities and collaborate with sales teams to drive business growth across the UK market.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience, with a proven track-record in key account management, channel partner management or customer success.
- Proficient in English for business purposes; Mandarin is a plus.
- Demonstrated capability in client relationship management, with proven experience in nurturing and growing long-term existing accounts.
- Strong execution and responsiveness; able to proactively drive client requirements and project progress forward.
- Prior experience in residential energy storage, new energy, solar, battery or EV industries is highly preferred.
