Key Account Manager

UK & Ireland | Strategic Commercial Role

Are you a commercially driven account management professional with an interest in the poultry sector? We’re working with a leading organisation in animal health to recruit a Key Account Manager, a pivotal role focused on driving growth, building strategic partnerships, and shaping the direction of a key product portfolio across the UK and Ireland.

The Role

This is a high-impact role where you’ll take real ownership of a key part of the business and have the freedom to shape how it grows across the UK & Ireland. You’ll be driving strategy, building strong customer partnerships, and turning market insight into commercial success. From developing winning plans to spotting new opportunities and bringing innovative ideas to life, you’ll be right at the centre of the action. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll connect the dots between commercial, technical, and marketing to deliver results that genuinely make a difference. If you enjoy autonomy, influence, and the chance to see the direct impact of your work in the market, this role offers all of that and more.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
