Your role

  • Define the strategy to develop and improve the business inside the territory according to the general strategy of Hongfa group and Hongfa Europe
  • Support and coach team members in all activities which lead to growth of market share
  • Engage and drive Hongfa organization to support and respond in time with the quality level on customers’ expectation (e.g. quotation, logistic, application engineering, quality…)
  • Take charge of a number of strategic, decisive or representative accounts in defined industries in his territory in alignment with Hongfa global strategy, including but not limited to account strategy, account planning and relationship management
  • Detect and realize new opportunities/ projects in close cooperation with Application engineers and other team members in order to promote Hongfa products accordingly
  • Continuously build up the good trustful relationship between the customer and Hongfa
  • Travel on a regular basis to the customers, fairs, factory and other necessary meetings
