Role Description
The Key Account Manager – White Label Partnerships is a full-time, on-site role based in the City of London. The role involves managing and growing strategic white-label partner relationships, serving as the primary contact for key accounts, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality FX and payments solutions.
Day-to-day tasks include:
- Onboarding new partners
- Coordinating with internal teams to implement tailored products
- Monitoring performance against agreed KPIs
- Identifying opportunities to deepen partner engagement and revenue
The Key Account Manager will:
- Prepare account plans
- Conduct regular business reviews
- Provide ongoing market and product updates to partners
This position also requires close collaboration with product, operations, and compliance to ensure partner needs are met within regulatory and operational frameworks.

Qualifications
- A strong track record in business development, partnerships or B2B sales within FX, payments, fintech or financial services.
- Experience negotiating and closing commercial agreements with clients.
- Comfort operating in a regulated environment, with a working understanding of FCA-regulated payments and FX (or a fast ability to learn).
- A self-starter who can originate opportunities independently, balanced with the relationship skills to manage and grow existing accounts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to senior stakeholders and partner MDs.
- A commercial, numbers-driven mindset — comfortable owning pipeline, margin and revenue targets.
