Ekoenergetyka is a leading European manufacturer of high-power electric vehicle charging stations and EV fast-charging infrastructure. Founded in 2009 as a university research project, the company has become a trusted supplier of EV charging solutions to public transport operators and charging point operators (CPOs) in over 40 countries across three continents. Ekoenergetyka is rapidly expanding its operations in the EV, e-truck, and e-bus sectors, providing scalable charging systems, advanced technologies, and round-the-clock service and training support, backed by its expertise in the e-mobility market.

Key Account Manager (f/m/x)

Key responsibilities:

  • achieving the sales target;
  • selling products and services of Ekoenergetyka;
  • establishing, maintaining and developing business relations with key customers;
  • technical advisory in the field of charging stations for electric vehicles;
  • preparation of commercial offers and tenders;
  • preparation and presentation of commercial materials;
  • conducting trade negotiations;
  • current monitoring of the market and identification of its opportunities;
  • reporting of sales activity, as well as information about customer needs and suggestions;
  • participation in the industry events;
  • cooperation with other related departments in the company;
  • building a good company's image in its business environment;
  • sharing knowledge and participating in the induction of new employees.

Candidate Profile:

  • 3+ years in a similar position in sales, customer care, business development or project management;
  • bachelor or master's degree (sales, project management, business or technical studies);
  • availability for business trips is required;
  • having a driving license;
  • good knowledge of MS Office is a must-have;
  • proven prior experience in B2B sales of technical products with a track record of achieving high growth, ideally in a fast-paced environment;
  • strong goal orientation​ and good work organization;
  • having first experience within the e-mobility sector is a plus;
  • fluent English (C1);
  • flexibility and ability to work under time pressure
