Leatherhead : 2 days per week + UK & European travel when needed
The opportunity
This is an opportunity to join a well-funded, award-winning CleanTech scale-up with the potential to seriously disrupt a huge global market.
The business is backed by leading investors including BGF, Shell Ventures, Barclays and Clean Growth Fund, having secured £17.3m in Series B funding to accelerate production, technology development and expansion across the UK and Europe.
They've developed the world's first purpose-built battery and solar-powered transport refrigeration unit, replacing the diesel engines traditionally used to keep chilled and frozen goods cold.
The result
- Zero direct emissions
- Up to 81% lower operating costs
- Significant reductions in total cost of ownership
- No compromise on performance
And this isn't technology waiting to be proven.
Tesco, M&S, Ocado, DFDS, Müller and Samworth Brothers are already using, trialling or deploying the technology.
The next stage of growth is about turning successful adoption into significant fleet-wide expansion — and that's where you come in.
The role
As Strategic Account Manager, you'll own a portfolio of high-potential enterprise customers with one clear objective:
Turn successful deployments into long-term strategic partnerships and significant expansion revenue.
This is a highly commercial and client-facing role.
You'll regularly meet customers, attend deployments and rollouts and travel across the UK and Europe to build strong relationships within your accounts.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
