Looking for more than just another sales role?
If you're someone who enjoys building genuine customer relationships, solving problems and growing accounts—not simply chasing transactions—this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.
We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established, privately owned business with ambitious growth plans. With a strong reputation for delivering consultative solutions and exceptional customer service, they're investing in their sales team as they continue their journey towards a £50 million turnover.
This is a fantastic opportunity to inherit an established customer base while having the freedom and support to develop new business across a thriving territory.
The Opportunity
You'll take ownership of a territory covering the North of England, managing an existing customer portfolio worth approximately £2 million, whilst identifying and securing new business opportunities across the healthcare and facilities management sectors.
This role offers the perfect balance:
- 60% Account Management
- 40% New Business Development
You'll be responsible for developing relationships with around 40 established customers, increasing share of wallet, identifying new opportunities and becoming a trusted advisor rather than simply another supplier.
Alongside your existing customer portfolio, you'll also target new organisations across the region, including NHS Trusts, hospitals and facilities management businesses.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
