Key Account Manager / Operations Manager – Cleaning
📍 Surrey – Guildford / Camberley / Staines / Reigate
💷 £37,000 + Benefits + Company Vehicle
🕐 Monday–Friday | 7am–4pm
📄 Permanent | Full Time
We’re recruiting for an experienced Cleaning Key Account Manager / Operations Manager to join an established Facilities Management company.
This is a hands-on regional role where you’ll take responsibility for multiple cleaning contracts across Surrey, managing client relationships, operational performance, teams, budgets, and service delivery.

What we’re looking for 👇
- Experience within commercial cleaning / facilities management
- Key Account, Contract or Operations Management experience
- Experience managing multiple sites and cleaning teams
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial awareness, including budgets and monthly reporting
- Ability to monitor KPIs and contractual performance
- Experience identifying opportunities to grow accounts and increase revenue
- Knowledge of BICSc or similar cleaning industry standards
- Strong IT, communication, and negotiation skills
