Job Purpose
Reporting to the Head of Fleet Sales, the Key Account Manager plays a critical role in maintaining and developing relationships with major fleet customers. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, delivering tailored mobility solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Through effective account management, business development, and cross-functional collaboration, you will contribute significantly to Zeekr's fleet sales growth and overall business success. You will develop and maintain relationships with fleet customers and leasing partners, ensuring customer needs are understood and met while supporting sustainable growth through Zeerk’s retail and partner network.

Main Responsibilities
- Build and develop strategic customer relationships by managing and growing partnerships with key fleet customers, leasing companies, and strategic partners, acting as a trusted advisor while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Drive business growth by identifying new commercial opportunities within existing and prospective accounts, developing tailored solutions, and negotiating agreements that support Zeekr's growth objectives.
- Lead strategic account management by taking ownership of assigned customer accounts, delivering against sales targets, monitoring market trends, and providing commercial insights that influence business strategy.
- Collaborate across the business by working closely with Sales, Marketing, After-Sales, Logistics, and Dealer Network Development teams to deliver seamless customer solutions and maximize fleet sales performance.
- Deliver excellent customer service with integrity by providing exceptional support throughout the customer journey, ensuring customer satisfaction, long-term retention, and full compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
Education, Skills, and Personal Characteristics Required

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, International Business, or a related discipline preferred.
- Minimum 5 years' experience within automotive sales, with significant experience in fleet sales and key account management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing strategic accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of fleet operations, customer service, and strategic partnership within the automotive sector.
- Sound understanding of fleet sales principles, practices, and commercial negotiations.
- Experience managing relationships with fleet customers, leasing organizations, or strategic B2B accounts.
- Experience working with OEM’s, automotive retailers, distributors, or importers is highly desirable.
