We also offer a portfolio of bandages and garments for treating wounds and chronic skin conditions. Employing over 800 people in the UK, China, and India, we supply our products to the NHS and deliver directly to patients’ homes through Nightingale Home Delivery, our dispensing appliance contractor.

We focus on developing simple and discreet products, collaborating with clinicians and patients to build a pipeline produced in state-of-the-art, CA, CE, ISO and US FDA-approved facilities.

About the Role: Key Account Manager

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our sales team, supporting the implementation of projects that meet the needs of healthcare professionals and their patients in the competitive primary and secondary care market.

The role covers North East and Cumbria, requiring regional fieldwork and occasional overnight stays.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager, your key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering and exceeding agreed sales targets.
  • Collaborating with the Clinical Team and Commercial Manager to drive product adoption in your region.
  • Representing Clinisupplies at regional consumer events to build relationships with healthcare professionals in continence care.
  • Supporting partnering Trusts in implementing pathways for patient access through Care+/Nightingale+ programmes within the Nightingale Delivery service.
  • Maintaining high standards in territory/route planning, journey management, and business preparation.
  • Mastering the sales process and understanding the intricacies of secondary and primary care within the NHS, including its evolving landscape.
  • Developing expertise in the formulary process to advocate for Clinisupplies products.
  • Operating effectively across all NHS tiers and within a sales team environment.
  • Understanding how a Dispensing Appliance Contractor (DAC) operates.
  • Providing weekly company IT/CRM/Customer App updates, including monthly reports, to the National Sales Manager.
  • Supporting colleagues with issues such as training, formulary changes, or policy rollouts.
  • Assisting with formulary implementation and product guidance for partnering establishments.
  • Delivering training sessions on the Aquaflush product range to healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborating closely with regional colleagues to drive key projects both locally and nationally.
  • Building strong customer relationships and selling both products and services to NHS and private healthcare clients.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
