We're partnering with an innovative specialty pharmaceutical organisation to appoint a Key Account Partner within its Haemophilia business. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, patient-focused team operating in a highly specialised therapy area where meaningful stakeholder engagement can have a direct impact on patient outcomes.
The successful candidate will work across key NHS accounts, developing strategic partnerships, identifying opportunities to enhance care pathways, and driving sustainable business growth. You'll be part of a high-performing field-based team, working closely with Medical, Marketing, and Commercial colleagues to deliver value-led solutions across complex healthcare systems.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and execute strategic account plans across priority NHS accounts
- Build and strengthen relationships with clinicians, pharmacists, nurses, managers, and other healthcare stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve patient pathways and support service development initiatives
- Use customer, market, and account insights to shape local strategies and prioritise opportunities
- Influence complex healthcare systems and support stakeholder engagement at account level
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
- Drive account performance while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and integrity
- Contribute to a collaborative and outcome-focused team culture

What we're looking for
- Strong pharmaceutical Key Account Management experience
- Experience within specialist care, secondary care, or complex healthcare environments
- Proven ability to influence NHS stakeholders and navigate healthcare systems effectively
- Strategic account planning experience with evidence of successful execution
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical capability
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- ABPI qualified (or equivalent)
- Degree educated in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related discipline
- Full UK driving licence
