Key Account Sales Executive

About the team
SumUp's Sales team in London is growing — and we're looking for a Key Account Sales Executive to help us deepen relationships with our existing merchant base while continuing to drive revenue growth. You'll be reaching out to merchants who already know and trust SumUp, identifying opportunities to expand their use of our product ecosystem and making sure they're getting the most out of what we offer. What you'll do
- Reach out to existing SumUp merchants to identify opportunities to expand their use of SumUp's product ecosystem
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, understanding their ongoing needs and providing a consultative, high-quality experience
- Qualify and prioritise outreach using CRM data, lead lists, and past interaction history
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date across activity, pipeline, and progress
- Hit — and ideally beat — weekly and monthly targets for outreach activity and revenue generate
You'll be great for this role if…
- You have at least 6 months of experience in a phone-based sales or outbound role.
- You're a confident, natural communicator who builds trust with people quickly.
- You're target-driven and take full ownership of your own performance.
- You're organised and consistent — you know that good results come from doing the basics well, every day.
- You're a team player who shares what's working and helps those around you improve
