Key Account Manager - Recruitment

London / South East | Hybrid

£30,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses

PRS Recruitment Services is growing and we’re looking for an ambitious, commercially minded person to join our team and specialise in the HVAC & M&E Maintenance recruitment market.

This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–5 years' recruitment or B2B sales experience who wants more responsibility, better earning potential and the chance to build their own specialist market.

What You'll Do

  • Win new business and develop existing client relationships.
  • Speak with FM and Building Services companies across the UK.
  • Identify vacancies and provide recruitment solutions.
  • Source and manage candidates, working alongside the Delivery team.
  • Build your own client and candidate network.
  • Manage vacancies from initial contact through to placement.
  • Negotiate fees, salaries and terms.
  • Hit targets, grow your desk and increase your earnings.

Who We're Looking For

You don't need to be a recruitment expert — we want someone with drive, personality and commercial ambition.

Ideally, you'll have:

  • 1–5 years' recruitment or direct B2B sales experience.
  • Confidence on the phone and with decision-makers.
  • A competitive, target-driven attitude.
  • Good communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Energy, resilience and the ability to create opportunities.
  • Ambition to progress and earn more.
  • Knowledge of HVAC, M&E, FM or Building Services is a bonus, not essential.
