We're Hiring: Key Account Manager | Engineering & Manufacturing
Are you a relationship-driven sales professional with a passion for growing strategic accounts and winning new business?
At Eminox, we're looking for an ambitious Key Account Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team and play a key role in driving growth across our territory.
As a leading manufacturer of exhaust after-treatment systems, we help reduce emissions from heavy-duty vehicles through innovative OEM, retrofit and aftermarket solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work with industry-leading customers while contributing to cleaner, more sustainable transport.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing and growing strategic customer accounts
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Building strong relationships with senior commercial and technical stakeholders
- Delivering against sales and gross margin targets
- Forecasting sales and managing your pipeline
- Leading customer business reviews and identifying value-added opportunities
- Monitoring market trends and becoming a subject matter expert within your assigned sector
- Travelling regularly to meet customers across your territory (Europe / Nordics and UK)

We're looking for someone with:
- Experience in Key Account Management, Business Development or Technical Sales
- A background in engineering or manufacturing (automotive or heavy-duty vehicle experience is advantageous)
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- A customer-first mindset with a proven ability to deliver results
- Fluency in English (Swedish and/or German would be an advantage)
