We're looking for an ambitious people leader who wants to combine team leadership, client relationship management, and commercial ownership in a role with genuine opportunity for growth.
As our Key Account Sales Operations Manager, you'll lead and develop the Client Delivery team while taking ownership of commercial performance, client experience, and business growth. You'll be accountable for team performance across conversion, margin, and key KPIs, using insight, data, and coaching to drive high performance and continuous improvement.
Working closely with senior leaders, key clients, and cross-functional teams, you'll play an important role in some of our most commercially significant relationships, helping to strengthen partnerships, support retention, and identify opportunities for growth. You'll champion a commercial, phone-first, and consultative approach, coaching the team to influence client decisions, maximize conversion, and deliver exceptional outcomes.

General Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead, coach, and develop the Client Delivery team, creating a high-performance culture with clear accountability and continuous improvement.
- Drive commercial performance, increasing conversion, protecting margin, and supporting sustainable revenue growth.
- Manage individual and team performance against KPIs, using data and insights to improve productivity, commercial outcomes, and client experience.
- Embed a phone-first, consultative approach, coaching the team to influence booking decisions, maximize conversion, and negotiate effectively with property partners.
- Build strong client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery while leading complex and commercially significant enquiries.
- Take overall accountability for team success, collaborating across the business to support client retention, account growth, and Situ's continued growth.
