Location: Lisburn & Portadown Salary: £25-26K per annum Hours: 37.5 hours per week, with reasonable flexibility required Contract: Full-time

About the Role

Staffline Recruitment Ireland is seeking a Key Account Specialist to support key client accounts across Lisburn and Portadown, managing recruitment activity and day-to-day service delivery.

You'll build strong relationships with clients and temporary workers while ensuring an efficient, compliant and high-quality recruitment service.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Resourcing

  • Work closely with clients to understand their workforce requirements and deliver effective recruitment solutions.
  • Source, interview, assess and onboard candidates in line with client requirements and agreed KPIs.
  • Coordinate recruitment activity, inductions and candidate communications.
  • Ensure all recruitment and onboarding processes meet legal, ethical and company compliance standards.

Client & Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and temporary workers.
  • Support the Branch Manager with account performance, workforce planning and service improvements.
  • Deliver services in line with agreed SLAs and provide relevant reports and management information.
  • Respond to client and worker queries, feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate worker records and support payroll, performance and employee relations processes where required.

Compliance

  • Ensure all activity is delivered in line with company policies, legal requirements and health and safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate compliance records and support quality, ethical and client audits as required.

About You

We are looking for someone who is confident working with both clients and candidates and who can manage competing priorities within a busy recruitment environment.

Essential

  • At least 6 months' experience within recruitment or professional account management.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with people at all levels.
  • Strong administration and organisational skills.
  • Good IT skills.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to remain resilient and organised in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to take ownership and accountability for your work.
  • GCSE English and Maths at Grades A-C or equivalent.

Desirable

  • Experience conducting disciplinary, grievance or investigation meetings.
  • Level 3 qualification in Business Administration or a related discipline.
