Location: Brackley, Northamptonshire

Type: Office Based

Salary: £26,500

Hours: 40 hours per week

Reporting To: Key Accounts Manager

Countrywide Grounds Maintenance is an established national landscape maintenance service provider, consisting of a network of 46 franchise businesses throughout the UK, supplying grounds maintenance and associated services to a wide client base.

Purpose of the Role

This role acts as the central point of contact for Regional Managers, Customers, and Franchisees, delivering high-quality administrative and customer support. You will also provide day-to-day assistance to the Key Accounts Manager to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, organise and maintain job records.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls.
  • Manage customer and franchisee correspondence.
  • Resolve customer complaints.
  • Oversee contract renewals.
  • Manage quotation requests and purchase orders.
  • Schedule and process invoices.
  • Process and upload orders.
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding quotations, work orders, service updates and general queries.
  • Liaise with accounts, tenders teams, and business development managers.
  • Conduct credit control for key accounts.
  • Manage customer portals.
  • Carry out any other reasonable duties.

Experience/Skills/Knowledge

Experience:

  • Customer service experience - essential
  • Administration experience - essential
  • IT Literate (Microsoft Office)
  • Experience with CRM systems - desirable
  • Credit Control experience - desirable

  • Strong customer focus with a professional, friendly telephone manner
