In This Role, You Will

  • Strategic Account Planning – Develop and execute long-term account strategies for global car rental partners, driving GMV, market share, profitability, and sustainable growth. Identify expansion opportunities across markets, products, and distribution channels.
  • Executive Relationship Management – Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite and senior executives, acting as the primary strategic contact and escalation point while aligning partnership roadmaps with mutual business objectives.
  • Commercial Negotiation & Partnership Growth – Lead commercial negotiations, contract renewals, and business reviews to secure competitive commercial terms, improve product competitiveness, expand geographic coverage, and maximize long-term partner value.
  • Partner Performance & Competitiveness – Monitor and optimize partner performance across key commercial KPIs, including revenue, conversion, availability, pricing competitiveness, content quality, and customer experience. Leverage data insights to identify growth opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Product Enablement – Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Technology teams to deliver tailored commercial solutions, improve API integrations, optimize pricing and merchandising, launch strategic campaigns, and enhance the end-to-end customer experience.
  • Market Intelligence & Strategic Reporting – Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and account performance to identify new business opportunities, provide actionable recommendations, and present strategic insights to senior leadership and key partners.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Management, or related field
  • 7-10+ years of experience in Key Account Management or Strategic Partnerships role within a top Car Rental firm, OTA, Mobility, or related industries
  • Strong business knowledge of the car rental industry
  • Data-driven with strong analytical skills, able to translate data insights into informed business decisions
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
  • Strong strategic thinking, creativity, and the ability to drive and manage change
  • Proactive with a strong sense of ownership
  • Professional presentation skills
  • Experience working with API integrations
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time
  • Fluent in English, proficiency in one or more EU languages is preferred
