Content Designer
Are you a Key Art Designer with an eye for story, tone, and visual composition? We are seeking a Content Designer to join an international creative team within a tier-1 global technology and media streaming brand. In this role, you will lead Phase 1 of the visual lifecycle, taking early briefs, episodic stills, unit photography, and raw assets to build atmospheric key art concepts and static compositions.
What’s in it for You?
- High Impact: Work directly on top-tier TV shows and original film titles.
- Competitive Compensation: Up to £345.13 per day (PAYE).
- Workplace Culture: Join a world-class creative environment inside a state-of-the-art office in London Battersea.
- Flexible Balance: Hybrid working model (3 days onsite: Tuesday to Thursday).
- Holiday Entitlement: Up to 35 days per annum, pro rata (inclusive of bank holidays).
What You’ll Be Doing
- Visual Artwork Concepting: Translate briefs from Art Directors and Creative Strategists into compelling static key art compositions (hero banners, title moments, show cards, cover art).
- Compositional Exploration: Build ~10 rough composite directions per title, iterating down to 3 final routes with creative leads.
- Asset Manipulation: Work from raw stills, unit photography, and layered PSDs to craft visual storytelling assets that feel true to the world of each title.
- Production Handoff: Establish clean file structures and initial PSD templates to hand off approved compositions to dedicated finishing retouchers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal Producers, Art Directors, and international creative leads across EMEA and APAC.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
