Partnering with Aquent
A premier global technology and media streaming brand is seeking a visionary designer to join their international creative team. This is an exceptional opportunity to shape the visual identity of top-tier TV shows and original film titles, making a significant impact on how audiences around the world engage with captivating stories. You will be at the forefront of the visual lifecycle, translating narrative into compelling key art concepts and static compositions that define the initial aesthetic and tone of groundbreaking content.
What You’ll Do
- Translate briefs from Art Directors and Creative Strategists into compelling static key art compositions, including hero banners, title moments, show cards, and cover art.
- Build approximately 10 rough composite directions per title, iterating down to 3 final routes in collaboration with creative leads.
- Manipulate raw stills, unit photography, and layered PSDs to craft visual storytelling assets that authentically represent the world of each title.
- Establish clean file structures and initial PSD templates to facilitate seamless handoff of approved compositions to dedicated finishing retouchers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal Producers, Art Directors, and international creative leads.

What You’ll Bring
- A midweight to senior background, with approximately 6+ years of experience in key art design, entertainment marketing, film poster design, or high-end editorial media.
- Advanced Adobe Photoshop skills, demonstrating mastery in complex layered PSD compositing, light grading, and non-destructive image manipulation.
- A specialized portfolio that clearly showcases your compositional process and progression, from raw unit stills/roughs to finished composited artwork.
- A strong aesthetic sense and narrative eye, influenced by cinema, art, fashion, and editorial design, enabling you to evoke specific tones and atmospheres.
