Overview
As a Key holder you will support the store manager and lead by example in offering extraordinary customer service through delivering the brand values, whilst you will inspire and coach the team to achieve their full potential in a retail environment.

- Achieve monthly sales goals.
- Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assist in Checking deliveries, highlighting discrepancies immediately
Qualifications
- Sales Driven
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a retail environment
- Demonstrate a record of sales ability.
- Customer service-oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong product knowledge and ability to learn about new products quickly.
- Numerical ability and to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Proficiency English, more languages will be advantageous.
